Katherine Williams is an LPC Associate dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. She specializes in mood and thought disorders, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care. Katherine takes a flexible, individualized approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to meet each client’s unique needs.

Known for her empathetic, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental style, Katherine creates a safe and supportive environment where clients feel genuinely seen and understood. She works collaboratively with clients to explore past experiences, process present emotions, and develop practical strategies for building healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Katherine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Social Work, from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She later received her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas at Dallas.

Outside of her clinical work, Katherine enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her twin sister and close friends. She also loves doting on her two dachshunds, Romeo and Lily.
